"The Kingdom of the Divine"

Kundalini is the Cosmic Power in Individual Bodies

and the biological mechanism responsible for ALL
Forms of Spiritual Experience and Evolution...

Little of my experience :
(
(Many years ago began for me a very mystical experience...
"
my "Kundalini Awakening"
and I can say that, It was and it is until today, at the same time an AMAZING and sometimes a TERRIFYING Journey... It is difficult to really put words or to describe exactly what I have been going through for many years...
*I have had an amazing and almost indescribable month of  April 2015 with many different and strong kundalini activities, especially the day of my birthday... I will never forget the 21 of april 2015, it has been the most incredible and indescribable Kundalini  "Play" that i never had ... with paralysis for about 3 hours and where I was aware of totally not being in my physical body... I also could see very clearly 3 Beings Of Light standing for hours in my bedroom... Many friends and patients came for a visit but I could not meet them... My closed friends and family know from long time about my spiritual experience and already forgive me for the unexpected cancellation of the celebration))...

                                      What is Kundalini ?

The kundalini is a coil of tremendous energy
held fixed at the sacrum on the spinal column.

kundalini looks like a curled up snake, which rests dormant unless raised along the spine where the brain can fully alchemise its power into vital hormones and higher spiritual energy. When the full Kundalini awakening has occurred, it completes the circuit from the genitals to the brain via the spine. During the complete kundalini experience all seven energy centers experience a breakthrough opening. The person then possesses great intelligence and strength. This is a biological pro

Kundalini awakens begins to rise through the body, piercing and opening the chakras as she moves in her undulating, snake-like fashion. As Kundalini releases stored and blocked energies, her movement can be quite intense, sometimes painful, and often leads to mental states that seem out of this world. The Kundalini is your own mother. Your individual mother. And She has tape-recorded all your past and your aspirations, everything. And She rises because She wants to give you your second birth, but She is your individual mother. You don’t share Her with anybody else. Yours is a different, somebody else’s is different because the tape-recording is different. We say She is the reflection of the Adi Shakti who is called as Holy Ghostin the Bible.
But She rises without any difficulty. Hardly any time it takes.

The Divine power, kundalini shines, like the stem of a young lotus,
Like a snake, coiled round upon herself. She holds her tail in
her mouth and lies resting half asleep at the base of the body.

Yoga Kundalini Upanishad

http://www.adishakti.org/subtle_system/kundalini.htm

The serpent power, forming an eight fold coil above the "bulb" (kanda), remains there all the while covering with its face the opening of the door to the Absolute. Through that door the safe door to the Absolute can be reached. Covering that door with her face, the great Goddess is asleep [in the ordinary individual. Awakened through buddhi-yoga together with the combined action of mind and breath, she rises upward through the sushumna like a thread through a needle. Sleeping in the form of a serpent, resembling a resplendent cord, she, when awakened by the Yoga of fire, mental concentration and breath control], rises upward through the sushumna. Just as one may forcibly open a door with a key, so the yogin should break open the door to liberation by means of the kundalini.

                               "The Evolutionary Energy in Man".

Kundalini awakening does not signify a sudden landing in a Dorado of bliss.
It is a stern reality denoting a gradual or sudden change in the quality and volume of bio energy in the body.

“...body and mind are mutually dependent and responsive to such an amazing extent that not an eyelid flickers nor does a muscle move nor an artery throb without  the knowledge of the mind, and similarly not a memory stirs, nor does a thought strike, nor an idea occur without causing a reaction in the body. The effect of disease, of organic changes in the tissues, of exhaustion, of diet, of medicine, of intoxicants and narcotics on the mind, and of pleasure and pain, sorrow and suffering, emotion and passion, fear and anxiety on the body is too well known to need mention. The close connection between the two may with justice be likened to that existing between a mirror and the object reflected in it. The least change in the object is instantaneously reflected by the mirror and conversely any change in the reflection denotes a corresponding change in the object also.”

Occasionally, noticing an exact identity of thought between what I felt but could not articulate and the clearly expressed idea of a writer, I was so carried away by emotion that, dropping the book, I would stand up and pace the room for a while to compose myself before continuing to read. In this way my mind was moulded by degrees as much by my own inborn ideas about the nature of things,  developed by the exercise of reason in the healthy atmosphere of literature, as by the influence of the great thinkers whose ideas I imbibed from their works.

All at once, with the speed of lightning, a sudden question, never thought of before, shot across my mind. I stood stock still in the middle of the road confronted within to the depths of my being with the insistent inquiry, "What am I ?', coupled with the pressing interrogation from every object without, 'What does all this mean ?' My whole being as well as the world around appeared to have assumed the aspect of an everlasting inquiry,
an insistent, unanswerable interrogation, which struct me dumb and helpless, groping for a reply with all my strength until my head swam and the surrounding objects began to whirl and dance around...

As a person’s chakras are energized and activated,
the Kundalini starts to rise (Kundalini Aro-ha-nam or Kundalini Rising) and then, after piercing the Sahasrara (Thousand Petal Lotus, or Crown Chakra on top of head), Kundalini starts its downward journey (Kundalini Avarohanam) bringing in the Blessings of the Heaven ! Kundalini Arohanam is the rise of Shakti (Nature of potential power is feminine) from within from the Root (first) Chakra; Mother’s (Devi’s) shakti is given to every person inherently and rising Kundalini signifies the increasing potential of that person As Kundalini works through and pierces the 7th Chakra (Crown, or top of head), it will join the Cosmic powers (Shiva Shakti) and starts and the energies acquire a flow and becomes Kinetic Energy – converting potential that we have developed thus far, with collective energies of  the network of souls – to a flow – for our personal benefit, and also the multitude of people around us. Kundalini Shakti is made of a feminine (Shakti) and a masculine (Shiva) energy.

*As you absorb more mystical kundalini, you will able to perform a few minor miracles. As you do this, you run a great risk of egotism. Some people handle it well ; some don't... Simply because you can perform feats of power
does not mean you are, in the classical sense, fully enlightened. It means that you have mastered  a few aspects of the mystical kundalini.  That's all it means. Unknown

"I am humbled by Her Power"

Translation:
I bow to the primal power.
I bow to the all encompassing power and energy.
I bow to that through which God creates.
I bow to the creative power of
the Kundalini, the Divine Mother Power.

Adi Shakti Mantra is one into the frequency of the Divine Mother,
and to the primal protective, generating energy.
It is said that chanting it eliminates fears and fulfills desires.

Adi Shakti means the
"Primal Power"
Sarab Shakti means
"All Power"
Prithum Bhagawati means
 "which creates through God"

This mantra initiates the kundalini, initiating the relationship
between the Universe and the Soul and balances all the chakras.

Om Namo Namo Om

Because many people are confused by Kundalini’s real nature, we must do more to define it accurately, starting with what it is not. For example, it isn’t devil worship or a supernatural cult.
Neither is it a religion nor a sect. It’s a biological process. You can’t be converted to Kundalini any more than you can be converted to a heart attack or an orgasm ; they just happen. That’s the nature of biological processes : They just happen.”
J.J. Semple, (The Biology of Consciousness : Case Studies in Kundalini)

You get through the ravages of kundalini awakening the same way people from time immemorial survived all appointments with destiny (birth, irreparable loss, old age, death).
You learn to tough it out. You learn to accept. You learn to surrender. You learn to lean into the arms of grace both unseen, from the realms above, and extended through a human hand. You get through tattered and torn around the edges. You get through wondering how you've managed to make it through this far.You get through hanging on for dear life. You get through shaken and shuddering and sheared  of everything but your quivering mind and quaking heart and the distant echo of a memory that this was why you came here. Though you think there has been  some colossal mistake, inscrutably, incredibly, something in you knows that this is precisely what you came here so valiantly to endure  this merciless nakedness of heart and soul.

Osho Kundalini quotes :

Kundalini means the serpent lying there fast asleep ;
it has to be  awakened. Once it wakes up it starts rising upwards. When it reaches to the ultimate center of your being SAHASRAR you have arrived home.
So first you read about kundalini. You become suffused with the knowledge of  the centers their colors, their mantras, their places in the physical body. You visualize them. Then you participate in a ceremony. In the ceremony you see people whose kundalini is rising. Somebody is getting very ecstatic and you feel very, very deeply depressed that you have never seen such beauty, such experiences. You sit there, you visualize People are swaying, people are enjoying, tears are flowing, their faces are aglow. Sooner or later you also get into the ritual. The spiritual seeker has to be very much alert about imitativeness.
Existence is energy, the movement of energy in so many ways and so many forms. As far as human existence is concerned, this energy is kundalini energy. Kundalini is the focused energy of the human body and human psyche. Energy can exist eithermanifested or unmanifested. It can remain in the seed,    or it can come up in a manifested form. Every energy is either in the seedor in the manifested form. Kundalini means your total potential, your total possibility. But it is a seed; it is the potential. The ways to awaken kundalini are ways to make your potential actual.

The unmanifested is the Absolute, the pure and formless ground of being from which creation and manifestation arise. As such, the unmanifested is free from change, the unmoved move. It is also, necessarily, cannot be explained or comprehended in terms of any manifest reality.

If you have seen a serpent standing on his tail, you will be surprised, because a serpent has no bones. Standing on his tail is a miracle, because there are no bones, so how is he supporting himself  ? Ordinarily the serpent is always sitting or resting, with his body in the form of a circle.
That is the meaning of kundalini. It means circular, concentric circles. That is the ordinary situation of everybody sinner energy ;it is in a circular way sleeping or resting.

Kundalini is the original source of all life, but you are cut off from it in so many ways. Then you become an outsider to yourself  and you do not know how to come back home. This coming back is the science of yoga. As far as human transformation is
concerned, kundalini yoga is the subtlest science.

If you work for kundalini, then there is a gradual process.Kundalini is a continuity, it has a continuity just like a thermometer. It rises just like a thermometer, slowly, slowly. The passage is a continuous one.

O Devi !
Thou art the mind, the sky, the air,
the fire, the water, and the earth.
Nothing is outside Thee on Thy transformation.
Thou hast become Siva's consecrated queen  to alter
Thy own blissful conscious
Form in the shape of the world.

Manastvam Vyoma tvam Marudasi Marutsarathirasi,
Tvamapastvam Bhumistvayi parinatayam nahi param,
Tvameva Svatmanam parinamayitum visvavapusha
Chidanandakaram haramahishi-bhavena bibhrushe.
